Natraj Wooden Art

Natraj Wooden Art provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty period varies by product and starts from the date of delivery.

Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time with valid proof of purchase. Natraj Wooden Art reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution at its discretion.

Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional time, which will be communicated to the customer. Delivery timelines may vary due to transportation delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Easy Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, or mismatched products when reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Customized or made-to-order furniture and products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling are generally non-returnable.
